It has been a grand year for my heritage sweet peas. As I have said before, it is important to me that Fierceblooms grows her own as much as possible. Many a vase has been filled with these glorious flowers over the summer. Their sweet perfume brings the inside of the house alive with scent.

As I look out across the garden, I think this one will be the very last picking. Temperatures are dropping and the nights are gradually growing longer.
To honour these lovely blooms, I decided to fill a favourite Japanese cup. Just the thing to cheer you up as Autumn approaches.
