You are invited to our RHS Chelsea Flower show floral creation “Moon In Bloom”.

The floral design "Moon in Bloom" at the time of Beltane and lunar standstill is to remind us of our own deep connection to the biodynamic cycles of nature and the profound lunar influence on growth that offers both stability, renewal and transformation.

This 'virtual leaflet' provides the traditional exhibit details, including the installation design and plants used. There's no paper handout just a modern sustainable alternative. Rather than printing thousands of paper leaflets, we hope you approve of our sustainable approach.

Celtic Lunar Inspiration

Inspired by Celtic myth, our design captures the rare lunar standstill of 2025. A celestial moment symbolising transformation, renewal, and nature's cycles.

Willow Moon

Handcrafted from Cheshire willow, the moon structure uses overlapping crescent forms and internal jute-lashed struts to maintain shape and stability—showcasing craftsmanship and lunar inspiration.

Beltane Floral Palette

Seasonal colours reflect Beltane's transformative energy and the liminal space between old cycles and new growth—capturing myth, emotion, and renewal.

Dried Fresh Fusion

The use of dried material, as well as illustrating a textural transition to Beltane, seeks to emphasise further the sustainable use of British grown flowers, like our lunaria here, grown for both fresh and dried use to support a positive environmental impact.

Sustainable Mechanics

Our bespoke moon-glazed ceramic bowl (created by a local potter Louise Condon, Ceramic Botanist), cradled in a jute-lashed copper mesh frame, holds fresh flowers in water—zero plastic, entirely sustainable.

All materials are British-grown and authentically seasonal—reflecting the true floral moment of May and supporting pollinators and biodiversity.
